CRAFTING your JOURNEY ~ living your mission and key principles. What life event do you think has had the most significance, and why?  Which of your successes make you the happiest?  The question "What is your purpose?" might also be something to think about. If there are times when you feel unfulfilled or as like something is simply lacking from your everyday life, take some time to focus on those things. For comfort and control, it's simple to become engrossed in repetitive rituals. Although it may be easier stated than done, practicing mindfulness is the most effective approach to get there. You'll become more in tune with yourself and get closer to realising your life's purpose the more you practise this. Creating or joining a community that enables you to connect with people while working towards a shared goal and learn that many others share your hobbies and values can be a terrific way to hold yourself accountable. Discovering your actual mission can help ar...

EMPOWERING the MOMENT ~ addressing yourself to navigate life..

EMPOWERING the MOMENT ~ addressing yourself to navigate life.. You have a sense of power over your life when you take a step in any direction. Since you are essentially building your own future right now, taking action helps you to quit overthinking and become less nervous. It is critical that we maintain our forward momentum and never settle for anything less than what we are capable of in a world that is continuously changing.  We become more in charge of our own path when we can learn to keep going forward. Actually, all we need to continue onwards motion is ourselves. It's more about the journey than the destination, I assure you. Despite our best efforts, time travel is not possible for us. Gone time never comes back. Treasure the beautiful times that have gone by, move on, and absorb the lessons that have been learnt. Everybody has a belief, and our actions and manner of living are governed by that belief. Your behaviours and responses, whether deliberate or not, affect not j...

RETALIATE POSITIVELY ~ you are not the object of negativity..

RETALIATE POSITIVELY ~ you are not the object of negativity.. Reactions to conditions that spiral out of control are normal, especially when they happen to us unexpectedly and we are powerless to escape them. At some point, all of us have encountered bad circumstances. Unfortunately, certain people are more likely than others to encounter them and fall victim to that mentality. The distinction between what we see and how we perceive it is the most significant. Every hardship and every setback has a corresponding or higher advantage. It is useless to get sucked into negativity because it will not alter the result. Refrain from letting a bad circumstance sour you. Get rid of all negative thoughts because a negative reaction never produces positive results. Avoid drawing hasty judgments. Dealing with difficult situations should be proactive rather than reactive. It is essential to have setbacks in order to understand who you are, what you can overcome, and how you can continue on.  “A...

ONE STEP AT A TIME ~ trust that your efforts will pay off..

ONE STEP AT A TIME ~ trust that your efforts will pay off.. Oftentimes, life will seem like a race. It's not uncommon to see certain folks travelling swiftly forward while you are following them at a leisurely pace. If you measure yourself against them, you may feel that you aren't moving forward or producing enough work. It may as easily make you fear that you are lagging behind others in life's race. However, since there isn't a finish line, this race isn't actually happening. With everyone following their own unique route, the past has brought you to this moment when you may take use of it and positively create your future. As I come to understand that everyone has a different enormous finish line. Diverse individuals begin at distinct locations, with varying orientations and velocities. Every person has their own schedule and challenges to tackle. Remember that success may be attained at any rate, and avoid comparing yourself to others based on time limits. Whe...

YOU'RE NOT CONCEITED ~ do not sacrifice your morals…

YOU'RE NOT CONCEITED ~ do not sacrifice your morals… The majority of us still mistakenly interpret being "selfish" to entail taking care of oneself. We hear this advice to prioritise other people a lot. Choosing oneself is seen as a selfish idea in this fast-paced world. Our nature is shaped to prioritise the needs of others over our own, lending a helping hand even when it causes us harm. Does that include being self-centred towards us or the bystanders? It all begins with you. If an act is unselfish towards oneself rather than done for one's personal benefit, one need not be called selfish. It is untrue to have the distorted belief that attending to your personal needs means ignoring those of others. It's only when you start expecting the outside world to prioritise you that selfishness sets in. Is it acceptable to accept and adhere to the trends established by our culture? Even when it means sacrificing ourselves, we frequently discover that we are always willi...
