FREEDOM for INDEPENDENCE ~ uplift yourself & those around you..

FREEDOM for INDEPENDENCE ~ uplift yourself & those around you.. You may be forced to rely on others to defend you if you don't have strong personal boundaries. Recognise that if you are a passive communicator, you are probably not receiving what you want or complying with what others may say in order to avoid confrontation. You  can overcome codependency and gain  newfound confidence, only by learning how to be independent. It's essential to be patient while you relearn and figure out what works best for you on your life journey to being more independent. It is implied that you are capable of making your own choices, acting in accordance with your own principles, and leading a life that is true to who you are. It entails accepting accountability for your deeds, handling your personal affairs, and making choices free from undue outside influence. However, you might gain more independence and feel comfortable expressing your demands, if you decide what boundaries you want to...

BREAKING THROUGH BARRIERS ~ transcending your mental boundaries..

BREAKING THROUGH BARRIERS ~ transcending your mental boundaries.. Breaking free from your self-imposed restrictions, pushing past your current mental capacities, and doing something that was previously deemed to be impossible are all crucial. By forcing yourself to step outside of your comfort zone, you may actively confront your negative thought patterns and concerns that may be preventing you from moving forward and help you rethink your current views related to important personal development. The idea is related to actively trying to broaden your knowledge, abilities, and viewpoints. You have been critiquing yourself for years, and it hasn't worked. Instead of continually disappointing yourself and finding fault with your acts, remember that you need to push your talents to expand your awareness. You should stop criticising yourself and work on developing a more confident, positive self-image. Begin to believe that we are capable of anything and that anything is conceivable. To ...

FOCUS on your own OWN STRENGTH ~ direct comparisons are more often inaccurate..

FOCUS on your own OWN STRENGTH ~ direct comparisons are more often inaccurate..   Most people are so preoccupied with themselves, only that they don’t have time to care for  anyone else. Learning through experiences, in my opinion, there’s nothing as self-improvement that can make up for a lack of self-acceptance,  or in fact, it may be defined as an individual’s acceptance of all of their attributes (very important), positive or negative. Much of your life and your work is mainly focused on self-improvement and there’s  nothing wrong with you wanting to improve yourself to feel good about yourself.  The question arises, does it actually work or it doesn’t work this way? It's tricky, the idea that improving yourself will make you feel better about yourself is based on if self-improvement can enhance your well-being and satisfaction in your existence.  Self-improvement and self-acceptance are both vital in a balanced life, but the latter promotes i...

TURN your EAR to the POSITIVES ~ be an ultimate authority for your own validation..

Image
TURN your EAR to the POSITIVES ~ be an ultimate authority for your own validation.. Validating yourself is the process of understanding, accepting your thoughts without justification, your feelings without judgment, acknowledging your strengths, progress and efforts. It encourages you to calm down, feel more resilient and increase the ability to  manage your emotions.  How do you stop the need or the wanting of constant validation from other people?  Turn inwards, accept your flaws and mistakes, strengthen that love for meaningful activities, create a timeline, develop a stronger identity of being open to check the facts and being okay with if being wrong. The key component of mental health is of course self validation.  Why not find that validation /confirmation from within yourself? Self-validation is a skill, with practice, it will become your second-nature, but won't be easy at first, yet it'll help you build tolerance against external validation. ...

CONNECT to your PURPOSE ~ quit giving up on your aspirations..

CONNECT to your PURPOSE ~ quit giving up on your aspirations.. Instead of the dream itself being faulty or unachievable, the true failure is not persevering through difficulties and setbacks just because people give up on them prematurely. It's a tremendous battle. It takes years to come to terms with reality, and if things don't work out, the struggle gets more tenuous, leaving little choice but to pursue a different route that  works best. Giving up on your ambitions shouldn't be depressing, but it's crucial to know when to give up, which takes a lot of bravery. It's alright to feel ashamed of something; dreams can alter. Although circumstances are unpredictable, one should be able to adjust to the possibilities and change the intended result. The world is changing so rapidly that it seems to be spinning out of control, but it might be tempting to give up on your aspirations when circumstances outside your control seem to be determining your fate. You are more in ...

FAILURE is a PREREQUISITE ~ acknowledge failures & grow thru learning..

FAILURE is a PREREQUISITE ~ acknowledge failures & grow thru learning.. In the quest for success, failure can be a helpful educational tool. Many times, success is the result of multiple failures and subsequent attempts to achieve in a different way. When you're getting close to your objective, making mistakes can help you learn, perform better, & become more focused and motivated. By choosing to learn from setbacks rather than view them as irreparable failures, you can gain  a deeper understanding of your character, including its positive and negative facets.  Failure is an essential part of learning and can provide invaluable experiences and insights  that help one achieve in the future. It develops critical and analytical thinking skills and pushes you to be creative, both of which can help you  be more innovative. It's not only about failing; it's also about how  you respond to it and learn from it. Not every loss leads to success, and a team's abili...

GRAVITY of DELAYED GRATIFICATION ~ refrain from making shortsighted decisions..

GRAVITY of DELAYED GRATIFICATION ~ refrain from making shortsighted decisions.. These days, there is a tendency to forego long-term success in favour of immediate outcomes due to rash judgements, which may result in short-term successes but will undoubtedly have a detrimental effect on the future. Furthermore, it occurs practically everywhere; if you win, everyone takes notice, and if you lose, you are forgotten. People frequently push to see the goals are reached as quickly as possible because they want immediate results to justify the increased effort. Actually, they don't realise that this creates the conditions for failure. Failure can happen from a number of circumstances, such as taking it easy or working hard for a little period of time without realising that having it now and being effective won't be easy. The answer is to change your perspective from one of short-term to long-term success, concentrate on methodical fixes, and develop routines centred around a goal to m...
