 THE TRANSITION ~

mid-life time of contentment..

The only thing you know for sure is that you are born and then you die. The older you get, the clearer the reality of time becomes. One fine morning, you are no longer able to ignore the internal clock that is ticking away every moment towards the inevitable end

When you are young, it's easier to live life to the fullest and try to make the most of every moment of your day to create a series of priceless memories. But as we get older, something changes. It's easy to lose sight of life as a place of limitless wonder. The realities of growing up and the visible physical changes can make a person see out of focus

The moment you realise you are middle-aged, you immediately believe that the reality of change, development and precious existence would send you into anxious thoughts. But the opposite is true, it is possible to experience happiness, cultivate personal peace and live a happy life in middle age.

Living a happy life is not just for the young or the elderly. When you experience a midlife crisis, nothing is mandatory that is not inevitable. The most inevitable thing is the change and transition when you indulge in all the negative thoughts about "middle age"

Seize the opportunity yourself to have your own experience. You attract what you focus on. If you focus on how bad middle age will be, that's what you'll attract. However, if you focus on improving yourself and cultivating personal peace, you minimise your brain's ability to ruminate about anything

Everything is constantly changing. No day is like the last, nor will it be like the next. You have a choice: you can either fight it or embrace it. The truth is, you do not have to fear change or the unknown - neither is worth your fear. If you learn to accept the mere fact that everything is constantly in flux, you will be better able to cope with life itself

Watch the world grow up around you as you once again have the ultimate choice to be happy. Ignore the obvious changes in and around you that come with growing up with your head held high. Accept the change and facilitate it because you have recognised that it is inevitable, and you have begun to come to terms with the inevitability of it all. Use the current to your advantage and relax into the flow so that you can reach your goal

The key to happiness in midlife is a willingness to embrace change. Learn to appreciate things and love yourself. Cultivate personal peace by appreciating everyday activities and moments that are often overlooked. Connect with the world around you through mindful actions, no matter how small, as this will lead to an improvement in the quality of your daily life experiences.

Your mind is your constant companion. You cannot escape your mind, no matter how much technology has evolved. If you get serious about working on your self-improvement, you will be yourself and overcome the barrier to the peace and happiness you deserve. There is no need to hide your idiosyncrasies, blur your boundaries, or compromise your peace of mind

Everyone wants to live a happy life at any age. No one wants to experience helplessness or doom just because they are middle-aged. Jump out of feeling the darkest night you have ever experienced without the hope of light

Embrace your invincible soul, take the reins of your life journey, trust that you are the master of your destiny and soul. You have the power to determine how your life will turn out.
