MIND CONCEPTS ~

tap to connect with your authenticity..

To be truly authentic, one must be in line with one's

words and deeds. Being authentic extends beyond one's occupation or material belongings. It also entails taking responsibility for one's faults, staying loyal to one's personality, principles, and spirit in the face of pressure, and ensuring that one's actions, ideas, and values line up.

Our true selves, in my opinion, are entirely distinct from the lives that our culture urges us to lead with our best selves. Remember that this mindset has the potential to cause us to falter in our authenticity and change the genuine and distinctive parts of who we are. We often

live our lives in accordance with expectations and commitments, which eventually keeps us from experiencing the present.

Though it may be easier said than done, worrying about other people's opinions will prevent you from ever becoming who you really are. Although it may not seem like a good thing to say, pleasing other people frequently comes at the expense of your own happiness. Give

yourself permission to be who you really are, no excuses.

People will generally think poorly of you, be hesitant to embrace the real you, and pass judgement on you. In general, you can never predict how others will react to your genuine and honest attitude. However, this is only one side of the story; the other indicates potential advantages as well.

By remaining authentic and true to who you are, you

show vulnerability by presenting both the good and the terrible, allowing for unconditional acceptance and true acceptance. Being authentic means putting forth consistent effort, being present in the moment, and pursuing your passions despite what other people may think of you. Being authentic requires time and a process of development.

Finding balance, introspection, and acknowledging every facet of who you are are all parts of being authentic; sometimes this means giving one component more weight than others. Being your truest self can be challenging if you're plagued with doubt about who you really are or with trying to articulate your fundamental principles and convictions.

Developing self-awareness regarding your repressed emotions and intuition to satisfy other people's expectations is essential to being real. Take a few minutes out of your daily schedule to observe your emotional and physical well-being. This will help you focus on all the things you've been ignoring.

By strengthening your self-awareness and helping you recognise the truth, mindfulness can help you go in the correct way and become more aware of the times when your behaviour isn't in line with who you really are.

Invest your efforts on figuring out how to be less inauthentic. Strive to live a life in which you are not need to conceal who you really are in order to survive.

Your true self is aware of your abilities, aptitudes, and capabilities as there is where you feel most powerful. You have the capacity to better yourself, recognise your value, and feel deserving of not having to hide behind a façade

of rejection. It's critical to take charge of your better self

in order to prioritise skill development while leading a true human life.

Being genuine has several benefits, including giving you the flexibility to pursue a life that better meets your needs and rekindles your sense of purpose. In my capacity as a counsellor, I would advise you to record your daily encounters and your responses to them. Make decisions about your tactics for tomorrow that are authentic to you.

Being your true self is the ultimate journey towards self-appreciation. If you want to truly achieve fulfilment in

life, you have to find the love inside of you and offer it to yourself. Nothing or anybody else can fill this gap. Shift your attention such that your accomplishments provide you with a purpose that is personally fulfilling and meaningful in addition to tangible benefits.

Furthermore, being true to yourself can help you overcome any obstacles and find optimism for the future, even if your professional or personal relationships are in ruins. It will assist you in organising your thoughts, values, objectives, and behaviours and helping you stay on

course.

In life, we engage in certain activities primarily due to internal motivations. Remember that being authentic is a practice, thus fulfilling the desire to live a more authentic life requires perseverance, effort, and commitment.

To begin, take a moment to contemplate and centre yourself by being the most authentic version of yourself.

Authentic living is a process of education.
