Women have been improving the world with their unending strength, assurance, and determination, whether they are educators, homemakers, business analysts, architects, or trailblazers. Ladies are overcoming cultural barriers every single day, giving them power to the point where they can break the chains of a male-centric society, making them a more powerful force to contend with in the present. In order to combat orientation bias and segregation, expanded mindfulness through meaningful stories, resources, and exercises is absolutely necessary.


I want to add something very important. In my opinion, organisations need to provide women with pathways and opportunities that make it easier for them to stay in the workforce or re-enter it.
