UNDERSTAND the CONCEPT ~

falling backwards will always be fatal..

Nothing in life is worthwhile, I repeat, unless you take chances. Playing small and settling for a life that is less than what you are capable of right now is not passionate. Recognise the difference between falling forward and having something to fall back on. Falling forward allows you to see what you're going to hit, but falling backwards is always going to be deadly because you can't see what you're going to strike.

You can never achieve without perseverance, so take

risks and pursue your passions; don't be scared to fail. Never be scared to think creatively or to have great dreams, but never forget to set goals. You get closer to success with each failed attempt. I would like to take this time to discuss with you the importance of failing at some point in your life, as well as the fact that you will inevitably feel defeated, embarrassed, and terrible at something.

Without persistence, it is impossible to succeed, so don't

be afraid to take chances, follow your ambitions, and experience failure. Never be afraid to dream big or to think imaginatively, but always remember to set goals. With every missed opportunity, you come closer to achievement. I want to use this opportunity to talk to you about the significance of failing in life and the certainty that you will experience feelings of failure, shame, and terribleness in the process of trying anything new.

It's all about not having the courage to fail, even though each person in this room possesses the skills and training necessary for success. Not even trying to obtain

something you never had is done if you succeed. It is your obligation to take up a new challenge. Can you envision,

or rather, ask yourself, what unrealised possibilities awaited you, what unexplored thoughts and talents you never got around to using?

You have to put yourself out there and give it everything you've got, including your time, talent, and abilities. Determine your life's destination; a straight path will never lead there. Seeing the truth will inspire and strengthen you because taking a risk requires more than simply going for it, it also requires knowing what you know.

Being receptive to people and ideas, as well as the risks you take, will always be what makes you unique. Only after a setback may one gain important insights. To achieve in life, one must embrace those realisations and take lessons from them. Failure provides you with the chance to broaden your perspective and discover alternative strategies that may be applied to foster

greater success and trust.

Failure provides you the chance to properly assess a situation and get past any regrets, but it also enables you to recognise what went wrong and how you could create

a new road to success by not making the same mistake again.

Failure is a necessary step towards achievement rather than the antithesis of it. You learn important lessons that you would not have learnt otherwise when you attempt and fail. You get knowledge about what functions well

and poorly, which you can apply to future decision-making.

Sometimes, due to inexperience or unforeseen circumstances, you overestimate your ability, misjudge

the difficulty, or just need to strive harder. Certain objectives demand more time, energy, and resources than you anticipate, and they require you to put in your best effort before you are prepared. Keeping yourself from trying in the first place helps shield you from regret and disappointment.

Risk aversion is ingrained in human nature as a survival strategy. Your sense of value is based on your accomplishments, and risk aversion is what makes you fearful of failing and losing your sense of worth. Failure keeps you flexible and fosters a growth mindset by teaching you how to take advantage of change.

It's true that everyone has failed and will fail again, but you should never give up after a setback, as they say, "If you've never failed, you've never lived." Failure is never something to be discouraged by. Actually, the path to success includes failure as a necessary stop along the way. Remember that there has never been a successful person who has never failed.

If you focus on what has to happen next, you'll find that you are building a new past as well as a new future. Rather than simply gazing at the past or feeling trapped

in the present, it entails focussing on what comes next. Repetition and resistance are key concepts to keep in mind: persevere in doing what needs to be done and

avoid doing what is wrong. Failure enhances professionalism in addition to promoting cognitive progress.

The path to success begins with failure. It's a procedure you have to learn, one that strengthens your character, confronts reality, and serves as a tool for skill improvement in the classroom. Your failures in one area can help you succeed in other areas.

To sum up, each choice you make has a 50% chance of working out and a 100% chance of teaching you

something new.
