COMPARISON TEMPERAMENT ~ waste no time on pointless comparison..

COMPARISON TEMPERAMENT ~ waste no time on pointless comparison.. Constantly comparing yourself to other people can be detrimental, leading to low self-esteem and feelings of inadequacy that ultimately obstruct happiness and personal growth. It can also result in constantly negative self-talk that attacks your confidence and self-esteem, causing you to question your own abilities. Furthermore, it might encourage competition instead of genuine connection. Healthy comparisons focus on unfair, unrealistic, or unachievable comparisons to your ideal self or to others', which can cause mental instability and low self-esteem. Constructive comparison, on the other hand, can inspire you to focus on your own growth. You don't need to compare yourself to others because the definition comes from within you and is only known to you. Rather than overloading yourself with external standards, live with yourself and your definitions based on your inner self. Definitions based on other people...

ASSERTIVENESS without AGGRESSION ~ transforming fear into perseverance..

ASSERTIVENESS without AGGRESSION ~ transforming fear into perseverance.. Being assertive without being aggressive involves standing up for yourself without using aggression or dominance, and it takes into account the needs and feelings of others while expressing your demands and thoughts in a direct and courteous manner. Confrontation-free assertiveness results from being direct and communicating what and when you want. Speaking up may be inhibited by the fear of being perceived as being harsh or controlling. Giving too many explanations or expressing regret for beliefs or actions that don't precisely convey confidence could be a complete annoyance. Pay attention to what other people are saying and develop the habit of communicating assertively to demonstrate that you genuinely care about their viewpoint. Additionally, assess your interactions and make necessary adjustments to your strategy. Assertiveness and aggressiveness are not the same. The former communicates with people with...

Self-Discipline cultivates Consistency ~ an open secret to keeping oneself on course..

Self-Discipline cultivates Consistency ~ an open secret to keeping oneself on course..   Numerous individuals wait for certainty that never arrives. Analysis might prove inferior to action, as the most significant moments are unpredictable. You must act differently in order to open up a new path.. If you want to succeed, you can't avoid making harsh decisions since they're the antithesis of failure, which you obsess about but never solve. You can change everything if you avoid being mired in analysis and have unwavering conviction in forgoing other options. To move forward without worrying about making the wrong choice, you'll need to cut through the confusion, make a decision, and act right away. Your conscious mind can never process as much information as your instincts. Allow your brain the freedom to come up with answers, take accountability for your choices, and make failures unthinkable. Save your mental resources for the decisions that are important right now rather ...

UNLOCK the PROVEN TRUTH ~ you’ve the power, let imagination go wild..

UNLOCK the PROVEN TRUTH ~ you’ve the power, let imagination go wild.. Here, I emphasise that one has the freedom to choose how to handle the unexpected curveballs that one's life presents. Refer this to the unforeseen practical difficulties that arise throughout one's existence & not the hypothetical curveball. Ultimately, it is up to you how you handle uncertainty. It's the fact that no matter how well you prepare or plan, surprises will still happen, some will be pleasant, some will be annoying, and some will try your patience. One of the few things in life that is guaranteed is uncertainty. Importantly, it's normal to feel happier if everything happened as planned or as anticipated, but life would also become monotonous, predictable, and stagnant. Growth, in my opinion, only occurs when you are stretched and forced to adapt in order to  develop resilience during times of upheaval and the unexpected. Determine not to blow your chance or let the stress really get t...

LIFE isn’t SIMPLE until DEATH ~ try something different, it'll go your way..

LIFE isn’t SIMPLE until DEATH ~ try something different, it'll go your way.. Recursive processes are present in life and are necessary for every action we take to complete a task of some kind. But our mental state can be greatly influenced by how we handle life's obstacles. The prevailing belief is that "life should be easy", but this isn't always the reality because we've been persuaded to believe so by another person. Instead of searching for the simple solution, I advise you to embrace the fact that life will be complicated, deal with and learn from whatever occurs. Instead of dreaming for a different life, concentrate on the here and now and appreciate it. Choose a life that is worthwhile by embracing challenges, appreciating the small things in life, finding contentment in isolation, reflecting, and living in the present. Recognise that you should be able to calm down and lead a simple existence. It's about learning to be content with less and recogni...
