But our mental state can be greatly influenced by how we handle life's obstacles. The prevailing belief is that "life should be easy", but this isn't always the reality because we've been persuaded to believe so by another person. Instead of searching for the simple solution, I advise you to embrace the fact that life will be complicated, deal with and learn from whatever occurs. Recognise that if you are a passive communicator, you are probably not receiving what you want or complying with what others may say in order to avoid confrontation. You  can overcome codependency and gain  newfound confidence, only by learning how to be independent. It's essential to be patient while you relearn and figure out what works best for you on your life journey to being more independent. Breaking free from your self-imposed restrictions, pushing past your current mental capacities, and doing something that was previously deemed to be impossible are all crucial. By forcing yourself to step outside of your comfort zone, you may actively confront your negative thought patterns and concerns that may be preventing you from moving forward and help you rethink your current views related to important personal development. The idea is related to actively trying to broaden your knowledge, abilities, and viewpoints. You have been critiquing yourself for years, and it hasn't worked. FOCUS on your own OWN STRENGTH ~ direct comparisons are more often inaccurate..   Most people are so preoccupied with themselves, only that they don’t have time to care for  anyone else. Learning through experiences, in my opinion, there’s nothing as self-improvement that can make up for a lack of self-acceptance,  or in fact, it may be defined as an individual’s acceptance of all of their attributes (very important), positive or negative. Much of your life and your work is mainly focused on self-improvement and there’s  nothing wrong with you wanting to improve yourself to feel good about yourself.  The question arises, does it actually work or it doesn’t work this way? TURN your EAR to the POSITIVES ~ be an ultimate authority for your own validation.. Validating yourself is the process of understanding, accepting your thoughts without justification, your feelings without judgment, acknowledging your strengths, progress and efforts. It encourages you to calm down, feel more resilient and increase the ability to  manage your emotions.  How do you stop the need or the wanting of constant validation from other people?  Turn inwards, accept your flaws and mistakes, strengthen that love for meaningful activities, create a timeline, develop a stronger identity of being open to check the facts and being okay with if being wrong. The key component of mental health is of course self validation.  Why not find that validation /confirmation from within yourself? Self-validation is a skill, with practice, it will become your second-nature, but won't be easy at first, yet it'll help you build tolerance against external validation. ...

CONNECT to your PURPOSE ~ quit giving up on your aspirations.. Instead of the dream itself being faulty or unachievable, the true failure is not persevering through difficulties and setbacks just because people give up on them prematurely. It's a tremendous battle. It takes years to come to terms with reality, and if things don't work out, the struggle gets more tenuous, leaving little choice but to pursue a different route that  works best. Giving up on your ambitions shouldn't be depressing, but it's crucial to know when to give up, which takes a lot of bravery. It's alright to feel ashamed of something; dreams can alter. Although circumstances are unpredictable, one should be able to adjust to the possibilities and change the intended result.
